How long does shipping take?

Prints are produced on demand in the United States in 2–5 business days, then ship domestically — most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. We currently ship to US addresses only.

What are the prints made of?

Each plate is printed on 175 gsm museum-quality matte poster stock in three sizes: 12×18", 16×24", and 24×36". Frames are not included, so you can mat and frame to your room.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo through the contact page within 30 days and we replace it free — no return shipping required.

Can I return a print I changed my mind about?

Because every print is made to order, we can't restock change-of-mind returns. If something about your order is wrong or disappointing, write us — we handle it case by case, and damaged or defective prints are always replaced free.

When do the planters launch?

The Vessel Line — our 3D-printed planters, propagation stations, and plant stands — launches in small batches. Join the list and you'll hear when the first batch is ready.
